Can I pay with a check? No. We do not accept personal checks but we will be happy to accept Visa/Mastercard check (debit) card. What credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. How long does it take to receive my order? It takes approximately 4-6 weeks from receipt of your custom order. Fabric orders ship within 1-3 business days depending on availability. If a back order on fabric is necessary you will be contacted with a chance to re-select or cancel. How do I create my own design? We offer the selection of fabrics and the styles. You mix & match to create your own unique bedding or window treatment. You can place the order online or call us and give your order by phone. Do you ship Internationally? Sorry, but no. We WILL ship Priority mail to APO/FPO for our military serving overseas. Can I have custom lengths on my treatments? Sure! We'll need for you to give us the measurements and thats all there is to it. If you're not sure exactly how to measure just give us a call or email us, we'll walk you through it step by step. *Price will adjust accordingly. What if I'm not sure what I want? Not to worry. We have years of interior decorating experience. Expert advice is just a mouse click or phone call away! There will be NO extra charge, we're happy to help you with style & fabric choices. Do you charge for fabric swatches? We charge $1.25 per swatch. Approximate size is 5x7 Please limit to 15 at a time. Does the bedding price include fabric? Yes ! The prices are for the COMPLETED product. You'll only have to add shipping and any applicable tax. Can I buy fabric by the yard? Yes, just click on the fabric you want to purchase and enter the quantity you need. All fabric is sold is full yard increments. (no half yards) QTY of 2 = 2 YARDS Cut fabric can not be returned. What if I don't like what I purchase? We stand behind our quality 100%! If you find a defect in workmanship or material, simply give us a call, and we will correct the problem as quickly as possible at our expense. If you're unhappy with some aspect of the design, we will try to suggest alternatives that might appeal to you. Ultimately, though, the order was custom made to your specifications and fabric choice, and hence cannot be returned. Can I get anything made with a trademarked character? We're sorry, but no. We've had several requests. We WILL NOT make any exceptions. Check your local department store for licensed cartoon characters bedding or your favorite sports team. What if I change my mind, can I change my fabric or cancel my order? Any changes to your order must be made within 48 hours. After that, the fabric has been cut & put into production so no changes will be made. You must cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for it to be completely refunded. Cut fabric & Gift Certificates will not be refunded. Can I use my own fabric and just have you sew it? We do not accept customer's own materials. Do you have a registry? Yes! Call us and we'll help you put your registry together. Our gift certificates are VERY popular You can add us to your shower invitations! How long does it take once my order ships? We ship everything (except samples) via UPS Below is a map showing transit time & below that are our shipping rates. Are the colors on the website exactly how the finished product will look? Since all computer monitors portray colors differently you will need to request a swatch to assure your selections meet your exact needs. Are the fabrics washable? You can wash any of our fabrics in cold water on the delicate cycle using a mild detergent (Woolite or Dreft work perfectly) We do NOT recommend putting the cotton fabrics in the dryer. Air drying works best for cotton. MINKY/MINKY DOT fabrics CAN be washed using the normal cycle and dried on Medium heat. Do NOT Dry Clean Minky/Minky Dot fabrics Does the inside of the long bumper look the same as the one across from it? It generally mirrors the opposite side facing it. Usually, this side is not monogrammed. Is there a discount if I'm having twins? Yes! You must order BOTH crib sets at the same time to qualify for the discount.
