Deb Chisholm, owner and founder of Polka ToT Designs had a vision to create a company online
that allowed the consumer to decorate the way they wanted to.  With over 20 years of interior
decorating experience, she combined her love of design, color and children into one great idea.  
The company was born in December of 2004.  It went "live" on the Internet in May of 2005.  
Since that time we've offered design advice to hundreds of women who found their "inner
decorator".    We offer free design advice and what we believe is customer service second to none.
We work as your  personal design consultant to lead you through the process of creating the
room of your dreams.  Our promise  is to make it as fun and stress free as we can.  We're here to
answer as many questions as you have.
